About the Role

As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own estate agency business within a designated core area. With the support of our experienced team and access to a super hub office, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with local contacts, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop your own estate agency business within a designated core area

  • Oversee the sales process from valuation to completion
  • Utilize the support of our super hub office and experienced team

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of estate agency experience
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
  • Evidence of your right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
