Job Title: Parts Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at JCT600 in Sheffield. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient parts supply, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer requests, identifying needs and supplying parts in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standard of courtesy and integrity.
- Conduct daily stock management to ensure smooth department operations.
- Ensure accurate receipt and storage of incoming parts, pre-picking parts for workshop use.
- Perform stock control duties in line with Company and Brand policies, including PDRs, warranty, and supplier returns.
- Liaise with the manufacturer to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- A customer-centric approach, striving to deliver service above expectations.
- Strong attention to detail with an organized and methodical approach.
- Proven experience in a Parts environment is desirable, but not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
- A flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- A driving license is preferable due to the nature of the role.
