  • Client Engagement: Oversee client progress, ensuring tailored support for each individual on their employment journey.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with employers, Job Centres, training providers, and community organisations.
  • In-Work Support: Manage post-employment support to help clients stay in work and thrive.
  • Data and Compliance: Ensure accurate client records and adherence to legal and contractual standards.
  • Promote Services: Advocate for Get Set UK's values across external partnerships and the local community.
What We're Looking For:
  • Analytical: You are able to assess situations and data to make informed decisions.

  • Leader: You have experience leading and managing teams, ideally within employment services.

  • Experience: You have at least a year's experience in team leadership within employability or skills sectors, and IAG Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
