The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mathematics education to learners aged 16+.brbrbKey Responsibilities:/bbrbr* Promote safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding, following the behaviour policy to report any detrimental actionsbrbr* Record attendance and academic notes on Arbor MISbrbr* Undertake in-house training to stay up-to-date with awarding body expectations and embrace external professional development opportunitiesbrbr* Contact guardians regarding learner progress through phone calls and parents' eveningbrbrbRequirements:/bbrbr* Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent (Level 2)brbr* L5 teaching qualification preferred - relevant experience will be advantageousbrbr* Proven outstanding teaching and communication skills, with an understanding of the Ofsted frameworkbrbr* Solution-focused, able to respond to data trendsbrbr* Experience in teaching Functional Skills Maths (E3-L2), GCSE Mathematics, and Core Principles Mathematics (Level 3)brbrbContact Information:/bbrbrPaul Feldman is the National Skills Agency Data Protection Officer.
