Business Development Representative

At RVT Group, we are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time sales role based at Speedy HQ in Newton Le-Willow. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, proactive individual with hunter sales skills to generate new opportunities through outbound calls and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the RVT/Speedy inbox and respond to enquiries within Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Qualify opportunities, propose solutions and quote accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline and record all customer interactions on the CRM system.
- Focus on outbound prospect calls and networking with Speedy sales colleagues.
- Support hire transactions and customer relationships throughout the sale process.
- Attend and contribute to daily internal huddles, coaching and training sessions.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Telesales/telemarketing experience.
- A customer-centric mindset and confident communication skills when speaking to customers.
- CRM/ERP experience, specifically Hubspot.
- Proficiency in using standard Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently when required.
- Target-driven and motivated to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- A willingness to learn and support other team members and departments.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
