Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at My Four Wheels as a Driver Training Officer.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of drivers and help them develop their skills.

Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, providing feedback, and ensuring that all drivers meet our safety standards.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so excellent time management and communication skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

  1. Conduct training sessions for new and existing drivers;
  2. Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve driver performance;
  3. Maintain accurate records of driver training and performance;
  4. Ensure all drivers meet company safety standards;
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Please note that all driving instructors pay for their training, which is a minimum of £1,500. This fee will be refunded after 1 year of working with us.
