**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Power Project Engineering team as a Power Systems Design Specialist. As a Power Systems Design Specialist, you will work on designing high-voltage substation and cable system projects from 11kV to 400kV to support the UK Transmission and Distribution networks.

You will have the opportunity to learn and utilize industry-standard software packages such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Comsol. Our training program will ensure that you receive all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

This role offers a competitive apprenticeship salary and a range of benefits, including 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays, with the option to buy an additional 2 days holiday each year. **Skills and Qualifications Required**

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A*- C / 4-9 (or equivalent)
  • BTEC Extended Diploma grade DDD including two Mathematics units or subject to passing a Maths assessment
  • Eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable

**Estimated Salary:** £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
