Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at UPS UK. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse team, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery to customers.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of warehouse activities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, transportation, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
