Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and implementing stock control procedures.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, utilizing lean management principles to streamline operations.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Experience in a warehouse management role within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of managing warehouse operations and leading teams.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
