About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Creative Arts to join our team at Premier Education Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and teaching Creative Arts to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Creative Arts, inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Lead the Creative Arts department, providing guidance and support to colleagues and students.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans, ensuring students receive a rich and engaging learning experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education for all students.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's arts program, including planning and delivering extracurricular activities and events.
About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced teacher with a passion for Creative Arts. You will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality lessons and leading successful departments. You will be an innovative and enthusiastic educator, committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for our students.

You will be a strong team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and students to achieve shared goals. You will be flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
