Key Responsibilities- Manage a clinical caseload, providing specialist nursing input and continuity of care to patients at each stage of their pathway.
- Co-ordinate and deliver care to patients, including advice, assessment, diagnosis, hospital admission, surgery, discharge, and follow-up.
- Support carers and healthcare professionals across secondary and primary care.
- Develop the service, ensuring care is patient-centred, efficient, and in line with national standards.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a nurse with:
- Registered Nurse Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register.
- Academic NMC recognised Teaching qualification or equivalent.
- BSc or working towards completion of a degree.
- Mentorship course.
Desirable qualifications include post-registration qualifications in gynaecology or urology, research qualifications, and advanced communications skills training.
