We are seeking an experienced Export Clerk to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. This role involves managing air export shipments from start to finish, handling customs entries, and working with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage air export shipments, including preparation of AWBs and monitoring of shipments
  • Handle customs entries, including preparation of necessary paperwork and licenses
  • Work with key accounts to ensure timely and efficient export shipments
  • Communicate with airlines and overseas agents to ensure smooth logistics
  • Prepare and send pre-alerts to clients
  • Meet clients for MIB clearances
  • Generate client invoices
  • Work on various projects to improve export processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on export customs entries
  • Expertise in PC usage and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with key accounts
  • Valid UK driving license

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, flexible schedule
