Job Title: Hygiene Operative

Cranwick Pet Products in Lincolnshire is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join their team. As a key member of the site's cleaning schedule, you will be responsible for ensuring the site is clean, tidy, and orderly, and that the product is being produced and packed on assets that meet the required standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clean operational assets, building fabric, and environment, as well as specific external areas.
  • High-level cleaning internally as per HLC schedule.
  • Work with the Lead Operative Hygiene to ensure the manufacturing facility and specific external areas are clean, tidy, and orderly.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Manager, Engineers, and shift-based QAs to undertake cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to company policies, procedures, site rules, and information and instruction given by your employer.
  • Respect and honour the sentiment of the Cranswick ethical policies and codes of conduct when interacting with colleagues.
  • Work in an environmental and energy-efficient manner and respect the Cranswick Environmental and Energy policies and Second Nature principles.
  • Participate in the site's culture that drives Food Safety, H&S, Ethical, Environmental, and Energy behaviours.
