Job Title: Hygiene Operative - Cleaning and Maintenance

Cranwick Pet Products in Lincolnshire is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join their team. As a key member of the cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site is clean and tidy, adhering to the site cleaning schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain operational assets, building fabric, and environment
  • High-level cleaning internally as per HLC schedule
  • Collaborate with the Lead Operative Hygiene to ensure the manufacturing facility and external areas are clean and meet the required standards

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure the site is left in the same condition as when you arrived
  • Work closely with the Lead Operative Hygiene to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the Shift Manager, Engineers, and QAs to ensure the site is clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and hardworking individual
  • Available and flexible to work 4on 4off shifts
  • Ability to work well with peers and management team
