Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our team at Estelle Manor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring a personalized member and guest journey throughout their stay. This will involve developing strong relationships with our members and guests, providing exceptional service, and inspiring and passionate about developing team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, senior management, and external partners
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process
  • Utilize hospitality computer systems, such as Opera, Knowcross, and Seven Rooms, to manage bookings and guest information
  • Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless delivery of services and experiences

Requirements
  • Previous reception management experience within a luxury hospitality brand or private estate
  • Proficient at using different hospitality computer systems, such as Opera, Knowcross, and Seven Rooms
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house
