Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our team at Estelle Manor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring a personalized member and guest journey throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Manage and train a team of reception staff to provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and revenue
  • Utilize hospitality computer systems such as Opera, Knowcross, and Seven Rooms to streamline operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with members and guests to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements
  • Previous reception management experience within a luxury hospitality brand or private estate
  • Proficient at using different hospitality computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house
