Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Early Intervention team in Greater Manchester. As a Locum Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will be working alongside our professional team to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide community-based mental health care to patients with severe mental illness
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and community resources
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Previous experience in working with an Early Intervention team
