Job Summary

Hunter AHP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Early Intervention team in a Mental Health setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our professional Community Psychiatric Nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote patient recovery
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community resources
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role, preferably in an Early Intervention setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
