Job Title: CPN - CAMHS

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join their CAMHS team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with experienced professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary:

  • Job Title: CPN – CAMHS
  • Band: 6
  • Location: Greater Manchester
  • Duration: 3 Months which can be ongoing
  • Schedule: Full Time 37.5 hours
  • Rate of pay: £25 to £27 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a CPN in our CAMHS team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care and support to patients with mental health needs
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience within a CPN recovery role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Previous experience in working with an CAMHS team
