Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Speaking Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Insight Select in London. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service throughout the buying process.

About the Role

  • Drive sales progression and ensure customers are ready for legal completion.
  • Stay close to customers throughout their journey, educating them on the completion process.
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings with agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure a consistent and clear message is fed back to the business.
  • Manage and advise customers on the selection of their specification choice and purchase extras.
  • Liaise with Site Surveyor, Project Manager, and Construction Managers regarding customer queries.
  • Arrange and complete Pre-Occupation and Handover appointments with customers.
  • Keep an accurate log of all customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively within the Customer Service team and other internal and external departments.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Highly experienced in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent relationship development skills.
  • Highly organized and able to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects at any one time.

What We Offer

Up to £50,000 DOE plus bonus and excellent benefits.
