Customer Relations Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Insight Select. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout the buying process.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive sales progression by ensuring customers are ready for legal completion
* Arrange face-to-face meetings with agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to provide a consistent and clear message to the business regarding the status
* Liaise with Site Surveyor, Project Manager, and Construction Managers regarding customer queries
* Assist the Customer Service Manager in inspecting and resolving post-completion defects reported by customers during the 2-year warranty period

**Requirements**

* Fluent in Mandarin and English
* Highly experienced in delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to coordinate several projects at any one time

**What We Offer**

* Up to £50,000 DOE plus bonus and excellent benefits
