We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Manager. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout their homebuying journey.
- Attend development team meetings to stay informed about build progress and customer needs.
- Accompany customers on site visits to ensure they are satisfied with their home and address any concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our service.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the homebuilding industry desirable but not essential.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
