We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Manager. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout their homebuying journey.
  • Attend development team meetings to stay informed about build progress and customer needs.
  • Accompany customers on site visits to ensure they are satisfied with their home and address any concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the homebuilding industry desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
