Job Overview:

Our client, a forward-thinking organisation based in Bridgnorth, is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to drive their ongoing growth. This role involves leading project management activities, coordinating processes, and optimising performance to support the company's ambitions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Project Management of internal Operational projects and a strong understanding of manufacturing environments. A Prince2 certification is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, and performance tracking
* Leading project management activities for various internal operational projects
* Facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams for cohesive project execution
* Regularly updating stakeholders, managing progress reports, and addressing project lifecycle challenges

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days annual leave (including statutory), a company pension scheme, private medical insurance, and an employee assistance programme.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in Project Management of internal Operational projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of manufacturing environments. A Prince2 certification is desirable but not essential.
