Claims Delivery Manager

As a Claims Delivery Manager at Busy Bee Recruitment, you will be responsible for the day-to-day claims management and operational service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include planning and managing logistics, utilising resources efficiently, and ensuring high-quality jobs are delivered safely and on time. You will also be responsible for applying productivity controls, identifying business vulnerabilities, and implementing strategic solutions. Additionally, you will manage people effectively, engage with other departments, and promote continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and manage logistics and resource utilisation to deliver high-quality jobs safely and on time.
  2. Apply productivity controls and measures to improve margins and consistency in service delivery.
  3. Identify business vulnerabilities and implement strategic solutions.
  4. Manage people effectively and engage with other departments.
  5. Promote continuous improvement and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  1. A degree, diploma, or professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
  2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with teams at all levels.
  3. Experience in damage management or a technical/insurance leadership role.
  4. A strong background in logistics or claims, with a solid understanding of technical service delivery in damage management or a related field.
