**Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather and record specific details related to property repairs and updates
  • Coordinate appointments and facilitate the transfer of calls when necessary
  • Update our database with precise client information

**Benefits Package:

  • Annual salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000 based on performance

**Additional Information:

  • Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with some flexibility during winter months
  • Rotating weekend shifts every 4 weeks
