**Job Summary:**
Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom invites applications for the position of Service Desk Liaison Officer, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers through efficient and personalized services. As a dedicated member of our team, you will establish strong relationships with clients, gather and update essential information regarding property repairs, and collaborate with our staff to deliver outstanding results.
**Main Responsibilities:
- Gather and record specific details related to property repairs and updates
- Coordinate appointments and facilitate the transfer of calls when necessary
- Update our database with precise client information
**Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Superior communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
**Benefits Package:
- Annual salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000 based on performance
- Paid annual leave of 33 days

**Additional Information:
- Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with some flexibility during winter months
- Rotating weekend shifts every 4 weeks
