About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mendix Developer to join our growing DevOps team at The People Network. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing new and existing applications using Mendix.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of enterprise-class solutions using Mendix, working closely with business teams, technology teams, and experts to deliver high-quality applications.
  • Act as a Team Lead and mentor other members of the Mendix team on deliveries, building leadership skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of new and existing Mendix applications, working directly with various business teams and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support the DevOps team in delivering enterprise-class solutions to internal and external customers, working with a wide portfolio of Mendix solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on Mendix experience and holding the Mendix Intermediate, Advanced or Expert certification.
  • Good experience of working in agile environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud or DevOps concepts.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
  • Skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate leadership skills and experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a fantastic package with a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience, plus an annual bonus of up to 9%, and a generous 12% non-contributory pension. Other perks include private medical, life insurance, gadget discounts and subsided gym as well as 25 days holiday.
