Part-Time Financial Management Role for Growing Business

Our company, located in Lincolnshire, is seeking a part-time Financial Controller who will oversee our accounting and financial processes, provide strategic leadership, and help us achieve our goals.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising monthly bank reconciliations and providing data for payroll processing.
- Managing debtor collection and credit control processes.
- Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and liaising with external accountants to ensure timely submissions.
- Collaborating with our Finance Director on business upscaling and process improvement initiatives.
- Providing advice on dividend planning and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting margin analysis and delivering strategic insights to support decision-making.
