Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary:

Thales is a global business that relies on innovative solutions to make tomorrow's possible. We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR function to work across the full remit of ER case work with a focus on mid-range complexity/risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work proactively across the business to anticipate and manage risks
  • Identify, communicate, and manage risk through knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Design and deliver training to mid-level people managers on ER policy and process
  • Prioritize work and case load based on case priorities and needs
  • Take a planned and organized approach to setting out clear steps and associated timeframes

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of case priorities and needs
  • Ability to work effectively and clearly identify and mitigate risk
  • Experience in ER case work with a focus on mid-range complexity/risk
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
