Accord Multi Academy Trust is seeking a highly organized and communicative HR Apprentice to join their central HR Team and academy teams.

As an HR Apprentice, you will work closely with HR colleagues to provide administrative support to employees, line managers, and senior leaders. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the employment life cycle, from recruitment to employee onboarding and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
