Job Title: Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a talented Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at Kier Group. As a Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the contractual and financial aspects of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of all aspects of the contractual and financial side of MEP projects.
  • Prepare and manage MEP project budgets, cost plans, and cost estimates.
  • Support in the measurement and interim valuation of work done on-site, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Help prepare and submit MEP tenders and contract documents.

Requirements:
  • Due to graduate in 2025 or have recently graduated within the past three years.
  • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health quantity surveying principles and practices.
  • Hold or working towards a relevant and current CSCS Card.
  • Must hold Full UK Drivers Licence.
