Job Title: Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a talented Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team based in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on our structured graduate development programme.

About the Role

As a Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of MEP projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in MEP quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of all aspects of the contractual and financial side of MEP projects.
  • Assist in preparing and managing MEP project budgets, cost plans, and cost estimates.
  • Support in the measurement and interim valuation of work done on-site ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Help prepare and submit MEP tenders and contract documents.

Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health quantity surveying principles and practices.
  • Hold or working towards a relevant and current CSCS Card.
  • Must hold Full UK Drivers Licence.
