Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Equipment Logistics Specialist to join our team at M Group Services Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the external rental process, ensuring that suppliers deliver and collect plant and fleet equipment within agreed timeframes. They will also liaise with our workshops to maximise the use of our assets from all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all rental requirements through the Plant & Fleet Rental mailbox
  • Transact rental enquiries relating to Plant, Fleet, Accommodation, Site Services, and Tool requirements
  • Liaise with workshops to maximise utilisation of M Group Assets
  • Manage external rental process, ensuring suppliers deliver/collect Plant or Fleet within agreed time frames and databases are accurately updated

Requirements:

  • Proven IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office
  • Relevant experience within either the Plant or Fleet Industry in a similar role
  • 25 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays

Salary Information: Estimated salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
