We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing flexible, individual residential care packages for children and young people.

As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting, safeguarding, and protecting the welfare of our young people. You will establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with them, encouraging their development and individual interests.

We offer a comprehensive training program to help you achieve a Childcare Diploma Level 3 or Apprenticeship Level 4. You will also receive a competitive salary, paid sleep-in shifts, and a range of benefits, including a company pension and employee discount scheme.

  • Experience of supporting vulnerable young people is desired but not essential
  • Understanding and commitment to the role, including some weekends and bank holidays
