About the Role
The Polaris Community is looking for a dedicated Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential homes.

Main Duties

  • Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our young people
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our young people
  • Encouraging the development of individual interests and skills

Requirements

  • Experience supporting vulnerable young people (desirable)
  • Understanding of and commitment to the role
  • Ability to work a flexible rota, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Participating in activities and providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people
