About the Role

Sonderwell is a UK-wide care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care services to our clients. We are seeking a Complex Needs Assistant to join our team of experienced care professionals.

This role requires a caring and empathetic individual who can provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.00 per hour, with opportunities for part-time or full-time work, including night shifts and day shifts. Our clients' individual needs are catered to, ensuring a unique and rewarding experience for our carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including suctioning, enteral feeding, and medication administration.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care plans.
