Sales and Account Management Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to our Sales and Account Managers by arranging appointments and site visits for our business customers and assisting them with queries.

This role involves administering a number of large contracts, liaising with business customers to arrange appointments and provide reports and certificates, while adhering to agreed service levels and ensuring customers receive high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange appointments and site visits for business customers, taking every opportunity to build relationships and identify opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Manage day to day aspects of our largest contracts, receiving and recording referrals, arranging appointments, liaising with doctors, and ensuring service levels are achieved or exceeded.
  • Support the Sales & Account Managers with a variety of tasks, including on-boarding new business customers, processing documents and contracts, conducting account reviews, and gathering data for future sales campaigns.
  • Handle, resolve or escalate a range of potential queries from business customers, providing a primary point of contact and playing a vital role in triaging queries to ensure they are dealt with at the appropriate level.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues calmly and professionally, ensuring the correct procedure is followed and that the issue is resolved or escalated as required.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify appropriate solutions and think outside the box in challenging situations.
