Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced mental health support worker to join our team at a supported living service in the beautiful countryside of South Chailey. As a driver is essential for this role, public transport links are limited. The service focuses on providing complex care to individuals with restrictions in their care plans due to risk, and those with safeguards in place.

You will be working alongside an engaged and motivated team to deliver person-centred outcomes and promote a positive and passionate culture. You will have the skills to connect with people, be passionate about supporting them to live independently, and be a brilliant team player.
Key Responsibilities- Provide active support to individuals with complex care needs, including those with challenging behaviours.
- Work under a positive behaviour support model to identify and address any anxieties or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
