Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing active support to individuals with complex care needs, enabling them to live their best lives possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our service users, working alongside an engaged and motivated team to deliver person-centred outcomes.
You will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with a range of needs, including those with challenging behaviours. You will work under a positive behaviour support model, identifying and addressing the root causes of behaviours of concern.
About the ServiceThe service is a supported living service in a beautiful countryside location, providing complex care to individuals with a range of needs. The team work hard to provide active support to our service users, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
The service is not yet fully occupied, but we are excited to welcome new team members and service users to our amazing location.

We are looking for a Support Worker with a genuine passion for supporting people to live independently. You will need to have an upbeat and positive manner, as well as experience working in a health or social care setting.
It would be an advantage if you have experience working with people who present challenging behaviours, but full paid training will be provided.
You will need to be able to work under a positive behaviour support model, identifying and addressing the root causes of behaviours of concern.
