Chailey, East Sussex, United Kingdom Community Integrated Care Full time
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker at a supported living service in the beautiful countryside. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing active support to individuals with complex care needs, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

The service focuses on providing complex care to individuals who may have restrictions in their care plans due to risk, and who may have safeguards in place. You will work closely with the team to provide person-centred support, promoting a positive and passionate culture that ensures teamwork and improves the lives of the people we support.

We are looking for an individual with a genuine passion for supporting people to become part of their local and wider community. You will need to have an upbeat positive manner, patience, and understanding, as well as empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to others. Experience working with people who present challenging behaviours is an advantage, but not essential as full paid training will be provided.
