Our Education and Outreach Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and developing initiatives to support struggling pet owners and prevent animal abandonment.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to manage existing projects and develop new partnerships with education providers, community groups, and charities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of animals and the people who care for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement education and outreach programs to support pet owners and prevent animal abandonment
  • Collaborate with community groups, charities, and education providers to promote animal welfare and responsible pet ownership
  • Manage existing projects and develop new initiatives to support the organization's mission
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to shape and develop the organization's strategy

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £29,700pa, plus pension and benefits
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office at Bath Cats and Dogs Home
