About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Hunter Savage. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies to engage and motivate our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our company's intranet and internal communications channels to ensure seamless information flow and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including events, training programs, and recognition schemes, to foster a positive and connected workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with our HR and Marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive internal communications plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our company's social committee, organizing employee and charity events that promote team building and community involvement.
  • Represent our company at external events and conferences, showcasing our brand and values to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing communications, internal communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation a plus.
