About the Role:

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality dining experience. This includes managing food and beverage costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Direct the Food and Beverage team to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Ensure the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink, and service they receive.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Manage food and beverage costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory.
  • Involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management, and end-of-month reporting.
  • Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and basic math proficiency for handling transactions.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of hygiene and safety practices and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
