We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Showroom Host at the Sinclair Group. As a key member of our front of house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a presence at the reception desk at all times, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Answer all calls swiftly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure the reception area and showroom are maintained throughout the day, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
- Liaise closely with sales and aftersales departments to ensure customers are being attended to promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Computer skills are essential.
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills.
- Team player with a personable approach, polite and courteous manner.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and customers by exceeding expectations.
