Childcare Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Educator to become a vital part of our team at a thoughtfully designed nursery that prioritizes fostering creativity and imagination in young minds. Our facility provides a warm and supportive atmosphere, complete with ample outdoor space that encourages experiential learning.
As a qualified Level 3 Childcare Educator, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences to young children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and developmental milestones are achieved. By curating stimulating activities, nurturing relationships, and upholding a supportive environment, you will contribute to a meaningful early childhood journey.

Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong connections with children, parents, and fellow staff members
- Foster a secure environment that promotes curiosity and exploration
- Design and execute age-appropriate activities that enhance learning and development
- Administer daily care routines while ensuring the well-being of each child
- Monitor children's progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with families
- Possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a nursery environment with a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all children
- Ability to work cohesively within a team
- Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs Coordination (SENCO) or Forest School would be beneficial
