We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Childcare Apprentice at our Willows Day Nursery in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
- Plan and implement activities to enhance children's development and learning.
- Interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure individual needs are met.
- Adhere to nursery routines and policies, seeking guidance from leadership as needed.
- Manage time effectively to submit coursework by deadlines.
- Competitive hourly pay rate with increases after 6 and 12 months.
- Opportunity to gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Permanent contract and potential for annual tax-free dividend payment.

- 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Photographic ID and documentation to evidence national insurance number.
- Access to a computer for online assessment and coursework submission.
- Residency in the UK for at least 3 years.
- Comfortable with travelling to group training sessions in Newport Pagnell.
