Teaching Assistant Job Summary

Academics Ltd seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to fill a full-time position in a supportive school environment.

Key Job Functions
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and promoting student learning.
  • Provide individualised support to students, particularly those with additional needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-structured and organised classroom environment.
  • Develop and prepare lesson materials, resources, and activities.
  • Work closely with the teaching team to design and implement targeted learning strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Level 3 UK child-related qualification.
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Significant experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • A strong passion for education and commitment to student success.
Salary and Benefits
  • An annual salary ranging from £31,000 to £36,000, depending on your level of experience.
