About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the purchase ledger, including processing purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Create and maintain supplier accounts, including setting up new suppliers and updating existing ones.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with purchase ledger transactions.
  • Prepare and submit month-end BACS reports and reconcile supplier statements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a purchase ledger position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in finance software and MS Office.
Benefits
  • £26,000 - £30,000 per annum salary.
