National Challenge Coordinator

Sja's West is seeking a National Challenge Coordinator to lead our Challenge Events programme, including flagship events like the London Marathon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our Challenge Events programme, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and events within budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading charity fundraising challenge events, significantly growing income on existing events, and setting up new challenge events across multiple channels. With your expertise in using fundraising databases like D365, you will drive decision-making with data insight.
This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including a 33-day holiday entitlement, increasing to 38 days over five years. You will also enjoy flexible working, life assurance, flu jab, eye care, mental health tools, and volunteering days.
About The Role- Develop an annual plan to maintain and improve the current programme, increase the challenge events portfolio, and boost income.
- Lead the implementation of supporter journeys (online and offline) for challenge events participants, prioritizing donor experience and journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns and events.
