Job Title: National Team Coordinator

Sja's West is seeking a motivated and experienced leader to coordinate our national team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading teams across multiple community networks to achieve national objectives.

About the Role:
This role requires a leader who can cultivate strong relationships with our county teams and foster a culture of value-based leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support volunteers at the county and community level.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with county teams to promote the positive impact of our volunteers
  • Foster a culture of value-based leadership that promotes equity and inclusion
  • Lead a team to achieve national objectives and support volunteers at the county and community level

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
