Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team in Dungannon. As a key member of the finance department, you will play an essential role in supporting the financial operations while contributing to the smooth running of healthcare services.
">- Manage invoicing and purchase orders efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
- Assist with credit control, following up on outstanding payments and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Support the purchase and sales ledger functions, ensuring that all records are kept up to date
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including preparing reports and managing files
Utilise Sage 50 and Excel for data entry, analysis, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks
Proven experience in accounts administration, ideally within a healthcare setting
Proficiency in Sage 50 and Excel; experience with other accounting software is a plus
